Every stage of your journey deserves thoughtful, individualized support. Our services are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Prenatal Care
Comprehensive prenatal visits that go beyond routine checkups — we listen deeply, answer every question, and build a care plan that reflects your values and vision for birth. All standard obstetrical care is included. We will see you every 4-6 weeks until 28 weeks, then every 2-3 weeks until 36 weeks and then weekly until baby is born. After discussing options labs and ultrasounds will be ordered for you. At every visit you can expect to have your vitals taken, offered to hear your baby's heartbeat with the doppler after 10 weeks and guided planning on your new role as a parent.
Birth Support
Whether you choose a home birth or hospital, we are with you every step of the way — providing skilled, compassionate support through labor and delivery. I cannot be your midwife at the hospital but I can provide Monitrice Services. At your home birth the team will provide monitoring maternal and baby vitals after active labor has started. We will recommend different positions for labor, remind you to eat and hydrate to help your labor move along. We will keep watch for any abnormal signs that there is a problem, and help you move towards safety if needed.
Postpartum Care
The weeks after birth are sacred and demanding. We provide hands-on postpartum visits to support your recovery, your baby's health, and your confidence as a new parent. We will see you at 24-48 hours after the birth in your home, then back in clinic at 7-14 days after the birth, again at 3-4 weeks after the birth and a final visit at 6-8 weeks.
Newborn Care
Thorough newborn assessments, breastfeeding guidance, and early developmental support — ensuring your baby enters the world with the best possible start. Baby is under our care for the first 2 weeks of life, before going to see a pediatrician, if baby is healthy and transitioning normally.
